• All returns/exchanges require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns/exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee.
• A 15% return/exchange fee may apply in the case of wrong ordered item by the client.
• All claims for credit, shortages, dissatisfaction and/or damages must be placed within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
• Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that CandlesAndHomeDecor.com shipped you the wrong items. Customers receiving free shipping will be charged the exact shipping charge for shipping if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.
• We recommend that you use a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail.
• All returned merchandise must be received by CandlesAndHomeDecor.com in saleable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective
